I was so impressed with the service and the staff. They called me promptly with an estimate on my car and explained everything in detail. My 2003 320E had been "groaning" for years and no one could determine why. Mercedes Doctor diagnosed it (new power steering pump) and also found I was leaking transmission fluid. they did a "G" service and also replaced the brake pads. They found all that was wrong, let me know promptly and gave me the price of each service. The cost was much less than I had expected. It runs like a new car now! I have been to several Mercedes shops but this one is the best. The bill I got had a very detailed explanation of each problem and what they did to fix it. Excellent service!

I thought this place was amazing!! They had great prices, wonderful customer service, and go the extra mile to help you! I definately reccomend this place to anyone! Larry is very knowledgable about Mercedes and very kind as are the girls in the office!

Receptionist is extremely rude!! If I am paying this much to have my car serviced, I want the best of all services. She may have just been having a bad day, but this girl is scaring away customers!
