mistake. Great Business

Hi,

Maybe you didn't have a clear understanding or were not qualified. I have been going to this particular store for some time now and recently they hired a new employee who is a great leader. Sorry you're still in the job search but luck to you. Be careful speaking badly of companies while searching, it can work against you bud.

This is a very professional shop. The workers are respectful and actually knowledgeable about cars. This is not common in this industry. I can send my wife and children there and not have to worry about them being spoken to in a rude manner or hearing inappropriate language. The manager is courteous and goes above and beyond to satisfy customers while upholding standards. The cost can be a little on the higher side, but when you consider that you are getting dealership quality (possibly higher) service, price will not matter.

Kudos to the team there

applying for a job? watch out!

I had filled an application out at the 16 mile location in sterling heights, michigan and the store manager (robert) was rud and was pushy toward me when i tried to talk to him. he had made me wait for 3 weeks and wouldn't even answer the phone when i called to ask for an answer for a job there! I am a good and nice person that was just trying to make a change with a excelent service and reputation but since i found out about how they really work there i wouldn't want to work there neither! so good luck to all of you.

They get the job done but are shady

I go here only as a last resort. They are hard sales on their additional services and try to use the scare tactic on women. If you go here, then be ready for a timeshare hard sell on additional services
