Thanks to Matt and his team our Sienna van is back looking every bit as good as the day we bought it. Despite the hail damage suffered the work done was totally seamless and transparent. This has not been the first time getting body work done to my vehicle, but is by far the best service I've recieved! Matt and his team are very professional. They had the work done within reasonable time and made sure everything was done correctly. Would highly recommend this shop.

Matt Kocan was so great at helping me with my car accident. Not only did he fix my van and at a much lower price then some of these other places but, he also went above and beyond in service. He picked me up and gave me a rental car during the few days if took to fix my van. I was scary enough being in an accident for the first time but, matt was great at walking me through the process with ease. Thanks Matt!

This place was great. Having a glass shop, body shop and car rental store all in one location worked out great for my situation. I was able to meet with each department that would work on my car and bring in my car the very next day I called. Even though it was last minute and around the holidays they were able to finish in a timely manner. The rental place was already booked at the location but Autometric went out of their way to call a car rental location down the street for me. Any time I needed a confirmation or a status update on my car they always called back or were available to talk to me. Even thou I would recommend them to everyone I know in the area. I look forward to going back and having more work done on the body.

Autometric of Troy is outstanding. I've had several incidents with my car, and they have taken care of everything perfectly. They are fast, reliable and trustworthy. Not knowing that much about cars, they never try to upsell me on anything, or tell me something else is wrong when it isn't, like other places have in the past.



Matt, the manager is excellant. I always ask for him because he takes good care of me. I definitely recommend Autometric and wouldn't trust my car with anybody else!

Everyone hates getting into an accident. But the friendly staff at Autometric in Troy makes it easier when it does happen. They helped me through the process of working with my insurance company and provided a rental car at a reasonable price. I feel like they dealt with me honestly and they were truly concerned about getting my car as close to new as they could as fast as they could. I would definitely deal with them in the future, in fact I have found MY repair shop.
