What a TERRIBLE experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND. I submitted a test ad with this company. I offered a 10% off coupon for new customers. I was emailed a proof for the ad. Unfortunately I was horrified to see the Ad in final print. The number listed for my business was a totally different number from what was shown in the proof. I was ANGRY. Called the rep and was assured this was a mistake and he was sorry for the misunderstanding. He isn't sure why they changed the number but he would investigate and would have this all sorted out and fixed. He called the head of the company, pretty sure Doug was the name he mentioned. I was truly hoping we could resolve this, however they ceased all communication at that point. No call from Doug. No call from my Rep. No solution to my problem.
