This claim of 2-4 hour response is outright inaccurate and not true. If you Craig Zimmerman, Brian Moon or J.C. Barry to put it in writing with a penalty or finacial compensation if they fail it will not happen. Plus they love to sell used copiers that do not operate well. Look for other reviews of this less than professional company on Google, yelp, Better Business Bureau. This is a very strong "NOT RECOMMENDED!"

This company needs to be investigated. Consumer Beware! There is a copieroligist that buys used copiers from out of state and replaces the meter counter. It gives the illusion that these copiers were barely used or completely remanufactured. The proposal will reflect "showroom model". These copiers are older used copiers that have been replaced with newer and more productive versions. Please do not do business with this company. Consider other companies.
