This company lied about being in network for my insurance. I started receiving bills and have been disputing since February 2014. I have sent numerous letters to the owner without any response. Their staff is highly untrained and has a high turnover. The owner is always on 'vacation'!
My latest bill includes the partial amount that was paid by m insurance to an out-of-network provider which proves they are in the business of insurance fraud.
