My highlights and cut and customer service was so bad I actually thought there must be a hidden camera and I was being pranked!



The owner couldn't care less that I was unhappy with the results and treated me like I was ignorant while I explained my disappointment to her.



It was my first time there. ( and my last )



The shop is old, the owner is old, and their business practices are old ... they know nothing about customer service.

I have been a client of Danielle Mitchell for many years no matter where she goes. She uses Kemon color which leaves my hair shiny and healthy! She always takes the time to educate me on the products that I purchase so I can use them at home with ease!!. The salon has a very friendly and helpful staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Danielle and Katherine Lynn Salon.

The only reason why I give this place a one is because the stylist I seen was nice.The bad review is because she didnt know how to color. I left with brassy orange hair after being there 4 hours. My hair is not that dark like a light brown trying to go blonde. Will not be visitin this salon again.

I have switched from another salon that I paid twice as much at and am just as happy with the work done at Katherine Lynn Salon for half the price. It is a very nice and clean salon.
