I have to let all the parents know what a great daycare facility this is. My daughter has been attending since August 2013. The staff including the director Najwa are very caring and loving towards the kids. Najwa accommodates any and all my requests even last minute requests to pick up my daughter from her school if I am unable to pick her up in time when school lets out. Their hours are great and so are the rates. They feed the kids home cooked meals and take excellent care of all the children there. They have numerous events during the year that are fun for kids and parents. They even have parents night out where you bring the kids and get to have a date night with your spouse/partner. They truly go above and beyond any other daycare I have experienced and would recommend this place to anyone. I'm very lucky to have been introduced to this daycare and to Najwa.

I have never had a problem with this daycare. My daughter has been going there for a year and a half and has been surprising with everything she has learned. Najwa has been very accommodating and nice. The staff has been great and really show your child much nurturing. I highly recommend this child care to everyone.

I rate this daycare a 2 because of the Director who is also the owner. She is very rude and shows no empathy to parents. She acts if she is doing her customers a favor in reality she would have NO business if it was not for the parents. My child was in this daycare for almost 2 years. I put up with the Director (Najawa Dahdah) for 2 reasons the rates are reasonable and the staff (not the Director) were great, There has been several changes to the staff. 2 quit without notice and one was fired. I don't know what the other parent is talking about but there are no Web cameras at this facility. I am sure if they were webcams we would see how she truly treats people. None of your info is confidential she talks to other parents about other parents. She is very unprofessional and defensive. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone.

Our child has been with Creative Kids Early Learning Center since April 2012 and in the last 7 months he continues to amaze us with the things he is learning because of the staff he works with every day. This was his first daycare center (he was previously in an in-home day care) and they helped so much with his transition into the center atmosphere. The secure Web Cams were a HUGE selling point for us. I love being able to log in periodically throughout the day to check on him and it gives me peace of mind (as I am sure most first time moms can appreciate)! Considering he is with the center longer than he is with us during the week, I feel comfortable and safe knowing that he is in a good center, with great people and I would recommend Creative Kids Early Leaning Center of Troy to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, good daycare center that is staffed with people who truly love your kids!

Creative Kids is a great learning environment for a child of any age. They are caring loving, and nuturing. We had to leave Creative Kids, we moved out of the area. We have yet to find a center that comes close to the closeknit, "family" at Creative Kids. If I could I would send my children back to Creative Kids in a minute !!!!!

The best day care. Im very happy and feel safe to leave my 3year old son there full time . My son loves his teachers and learns alot and has fun at the same time.

I'm very happy with this place

This is a newer daycare run by a very loving and qualified staff. They opened their doors two weeks ago and my children love it. The atmosphere is open with half walls around the building. I do not feel that my children are being confined to a single room. My children are very picky eaters and they work with that. Also and probably the most important, they tend to my children's needs. I have a 2 year-old and a 4-year-old. My 2 year-old missed his sister and they allowed her to comfort him. THat was huge for me! Wonderful place! I highly recommend it. Competative rates and sibling discounts are given.
