I have been with Dr Haynes for more than 7 years and I went for my appointment and I was told Dr Haynes has discharged me and I don't even know why he did that. I did say I wanted a different pain doctor but I meant one there. I have diabetic poly neuropathy and I suffer with pain all over my body all the time.

Dr Rudy is the only good thing about this place. The office staff are some of the most incompetent people I have ever seen (in my opinion). They make appointments for the wrong providers and for the wrong procedures, and some do not understand English over the phone. Even when using their own portal, the doctor that answers your post op questions doesn't even answer the question asked and didn't seem to even read my chart. I have had nothing but problems with this office.

They take time with you and usually the wait time is minimum. These drs are sympathic, caring. And will do everything to assist in getting the best treatment for your particular needs. They don't push meds on you and have various non-medication treatments.
