Came in about a punctured tire. Told me I needed a tire plug. Gave it to me for free! (w/ installation). Completely honest, super nice and helpful! Thanks for everything Ken! You did it all "Wright!"

Worst experience ever never again the man is rude he made my truck over heat and now he won't fix it so from now on we only will take our truck to American auto where they know what they are doing

The repairs on my car we're done quickly and right the first time. i brought in my car for an oil change and to diagnose a vibration in the front end. He replaced a tie-rod end that was bad and then made me aware that the one on the other side was showing signs of needing replacement as well. He wasn't pushy , he explained what needs to be done and that I had some time if money was tight at the moment. I found the whole experience to be very stress-free. I would recommend Ken and his staff, to anyone in need of a auto mechanic.
