We've had Klinginsmith TV & Appliance come to work on two dishwashers now at two different houses. The first dishwasher was under warranty and the second dishwasher was not. They came to work on the first dishwasher multiple times and was never fixed. Now, the second dishwasher has been worked on twice, still not fixed. Plus we have a $475 bill, which was inaccurately quoted. As far as we knew we were only to have about a $200 bill. We are very dissatisfied. I called the company 3 times over a 3 week period before anyone ever got back to me. Needless to say, we won't be using them again and we now have to buy a new dishwasher after all.
