Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE customer service on the phone. All I needed was carpet padding. The lady on the phone told me that with such a "trivial" purchase, it wasn't something they would have ready right a way for me. She then told me she was busy and in the middle of something and really had to go. REALLY!! I will never do business with someone that treats customers as an inconvenience(no matter how small the sale) and will spread the word to all family and friends.
