I was told they would start working on fixing my truck around 10 days after I had dropped it off because they were backed up fixing other vehicles. After 27 days my truck was fixed. My transmission needed to be fixed that's why I took it to a transmission shop. If they had told me up front that is was going to take so long I would have taken my truck some where else. Instead they kept telling me that it was being worked on for an entire 3 weeks. This is not my first transmission that I had rebuilt and no other shop has taken over a week to do the actual work.
