The tow truck driver, Justin did a great job. I had him tow our minivan from the Circle Center parking garage in downtown Indianapolis to Indy Honda in Greenwood. He called beforehand to let my wife know when he would be there and he showed up on time. The clearance at the level our vehicle was parked, P2, was 6 feet 6 inches due to low hanging pipes. This was shorter than the first level's 8 feet 2 inches, and we didn't know this beforehand. Thus, he couldn't get his already low profile tow truck, which needed 7 feet clearance, into the P2 level. He pushed the minivan and eventually got it started to drive it out and hook it up to his truck. My wife said he was professional, courteous and best of all, very careful. We highly recommend Hendricks Towing.
