I had the best towing experience with Metro Towing. My car broke down and Geico had called Metro Towing to provide towing services to me. The driver E.Z. was very funny and friendly. As curious as i am, i had asked him if he could tell me step by step what he would do to tow the car and he expalined it and showed it to me thoroughly. Not did i just get a great service from Metro Towing, but also i learned something new for the most part. Keep that same kind of energy when working E.Z. thank you for being helpful.

I had called Geico for a tow service from Livermore,CA to Sacramento around 1am. At first i was worried that no one would be able to come to the rescue for a while but Geico sent out Metro Towing and they legit got there within 25 min. I was beyond surprised because i used to work for a tow company in my 20's and we couldnt even arrive that fast to a customer leave alone doing a service at 1 am. Anyways, long story short, the drive Rashed came and ran me down on how the process was going to work (little did he know that i was a towing expert myself) and told me to stay aside and watch. With less than 5 min, we were on the road to sacramento and we had a pleasant time talking to one another. Thank you Metro Towing for your services.

We were very happy with our driver Hector . He was very knowledgeable, friendly , and kept us in good spirits when he towed us from Tracy to San Francisco . Thanks to Hector we made it home after a long weekend without any more trouble!
