We can’t say enough about this company. The owner, Kent, quoted us a price and upon arrival determined the project was going to take them significantly longer. They had to come back a second day and did an excellent job. They charged us the original quote and demonstrated good old fashioned true to their word respectful business. We’re pleased with their work and love the attention to detail given. Would recommend to others.

Couldn't be happier with our CL Bailey Dutchess table. The excellent reviews on yp.com made it an easy decision to purchase from Pyramid Billiards...and we were not disappointed. We were in the process of remodeling and Kent held our table for almost 2 months waiting for our call. He delivered & set it up the morning after the carpet was installed. Highly professional and knowledgeable...would highly recommend.

Outstanding service and expertise from start to finish. We originally called Kent based on the great reviews on yp.com and we weren't disappointed. He came out to our house the day after we called, checked out the space and recommended a wonderful antique table for us. Kent and his team did a great job of carefully and professionally installing the table and even threw in a lovely antique cue stand, cues, and balls. Highly recommended!

Recently we inquired about moving a pool table we had purchased from a private party.We had contacted Pyramid Billiards in Meadville, Pa. about doing the job & were surprised to get Kent in his office @ 8:00 PM. He was happy to help us with our tight schedule and got the pool table moved and reassembled in our home in a very professional manner. I recently called Kent to move a pool table that was being donated to a Youth shelter in the Pittsburgh area. He was extremely reliable and timely in taking care of the move. He also took the time to educate me on what I needed to do to get the table ready for the children. I felt very confident after speaking to Kent that the job was going to be done right!

I got new rubber on the bumpers and new felt from Pyramid Billiards on a 9' Olhausen table for about $250 cheaper than West Penn Billiards. Kent, the guy that runs the company, had great attention to detail and you could tell he deeply cared about doing a good job. He went above and beyond, painstakingly repairing things that were not part of the original job for no extra cost. He was very easy to talk to and gave very sound advice for the continued care of the table. All in all, very thorough professional job that resulted in a completely revived and supremely playable pool table.

Recently purchased our first pool table after a few months of looking around. Found the people at Pyramid to be friendly, professional and most important very knowledgeable. Quick delivery, professional installation with great care taken for detail. Moved along quickly but at the same time went over the leveling time after time to achieve perfection. It worked, never shot on a table that is this true. Would recommend these fellows without a moments hesitation. If you're looking for a table check them out, you'll be glad you did.
