The employees became defensive when questioned about procedures used when clipping a birds wings. With no confidence as to their abilities. we asked to speak to a manager and were told to call back later. When that was done the person claiming to be the owner was nasty and condensending obviously briefed on the pending call. He used insulting terms when questioned about abilities and skill levels and why things are different now than two years ago. He also made statements that were untrue were first hand knowledge proved him wrong. I would caution anyone not to purchase or bring your bird to this store for any reason without carefully doing research.
