We recommend Family Wholesale Kitchen & Bath wholeheartedly to anyone thinking of installing new kitchen cabinets, all we needed were the overall dimensions of our kitchen, and Enrique, did the design and renderings before our eyes, he gave us a preliminary layout and estimate to take home and compare prices with the competitors, we accepted their proposal and the cabinets arrived within the estimated time.
we made the colossal mistake of hiring a separated contractor to install them, only to fire him after 2 days and bring the cabinet installers from Family Wholesale, they were amazing to watch putting the whole assembly of cabinets together, really expert, skilled cabinetmakers and efficient workers. It was a huge relief to know that our investment was being installed by professionals who knew their craft. We want to thank Eddie for taking the time to come to our house, assess the situation and arrange for his crew to come and rescue us from our predicament.

Pugliese Wholesale Cabinets are the best! Greg's great & comes highly recommended. His expertise & easy going nature made it a breeze to design & he provided choices of cabinetry to fit my budget for my kitchen upgrade, The 3D design was very helpful. I must stress that the installers arrived on time & ready to work. Euddy & his crew (special mention, Caba) were OUTSTANDING!. Very professional, well qualified, pleasant to deal with, leaving no mess behind. They certainly exceeded my expectations, since I've had some bad eggs during this entire process with contractors. Cabinets look AMAZING! Thank you to everyone who had a part in making this a wonderful, easy experience & providing the lowest price out there!

If I could give them no stars I would!! Absolute WORST WORST WORST WORST TO DO BUSINESS with!! Ordered my kitchen. Took over a month. Dumb delays. Then it arrived in a day when I was out of town. I get home and find out only half the kitchen was ordered. Another 4 days to get the other half. 7 months later and I am still waiting for parts. I call on a daily basis. Not worth your time or effort. They lie about the granite pricing. Was way more than quoted. Steer clear!!!!!!!!!!!! The big box stores are even a better bet!!!!!!!!

I had problems with my cabinets a few months after they were installed due to a manufacturing issue. Although it was not the fault of Pugliese, they worked with me and the manufacturer to eventually replace all the doors and drawer fronts. The Pugliese customer support person (Sandy) kept me informed and calm (mostly) throughout the process and always answered my emails quickly.

The team there at Pugliese made my Christmas dream kitchen come true. My wife could not be more happy with how it came out. No hidden fees everyone was very upfront with the process and the pricing. We were quoted out from another cabinet shop that wanted almost 35% more than what they had quoted out. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I can probably tell you where Claudia L. panels were cause one was delivered to me by mistake around the same time. Had kitchen done around same time. Cabinets are beautiful, measurements were done to a T, and Angelo was very helpful throughout. When all said and done, I had extra piece of crown molding that wasn't needed along with refrigerator end panel that was delivered to me by mistake. I returned the molding and brought the refrigerator panel back that wasn't mine to save the company a trip to come to get it. Well I got hit with a 20% restocking fee for a piece of molding so was to get $85 back which was to be mailed to me by check. After 2 months of calling constantly for my refund, they finally credit my card for $72 not $85. Finally talked to Dante, who is management and advised me that a check is in mail for the $13 difference and should get it in 3-5 business days. Dante did make good on the check and i should have dealt with him from day one cause someone dropped the ball. Why it took so long to get my money in the first place is beyond me. Long story short, Angelo was awesome and always got back to me. Cabinets are fantastic and price was good(we did self install). The administrative aspect of the company is lacking and need a better sense customer service. Dante worked everything out in the end. Bottom line, for sales rep, go to angelo, any customer service problem, get hold of Dante to work it out quick.

Greg Pugliese and the rest of his staff should be ashamed of themselves for how they botched a job with us. We asked them - upon a strong recommendation from P.C. Richards - to craft panels to match our cabinets for a 'panel ready' fridge - a very high end Kitchen Aid model. That was over 2 months ago...as of last Friday, 7/25/14 - my mother (who is 91) had to fire them for non-delivery. Greg gave us the run-around every turn of the way...we finally reached what we thought was the home stretch with our project - which was a snap! - when the girl who answers the phone yelled at mother on the phone when she attempted to find when her order would be delivered. They knew her age and her frustration and they knew that all she wanted was the panels on her new fridge delivered and installed...They kept telling us - that we couldn't expect much since it was a 'small job' - by the end, it was clear they were stringing us along. They never put in the order - never took a deposit, never gave us an estimate for the work...I even drove there to deliver a panel they would have to match and Greg assured me that there would be 'no problem' with it...They were beyond unprofessional and rude. They also lied to us - would tell my mother one thing and me another. (I had to follow up as it was getting on her nerves. She lost several nights sleep to worry over it too.) My mother has been a woodworker herself so she knew what the job entailed...and how long it should take. So after she fired them she called someone she had worked with before - Rich's Kitchens and Bath in Butler, NJ (yes, that's a plug) - Rich came over the next day, measured and the panels were installed THIS MORNING!! FIVE DAYS AFTER PLACING THE FIRST CALL!! and they look great!! I cannot imagine they are dream to work with even if you have a big order with them...leopards don't change their spots, as they say!!

I bought two kitchens from Pugliese Cabinets recently for my rental units. I am astonished of how cheap their prices are compared to other whole cabinet places. I was able to step up to a mid ranged cabinet because their prices were so great. Also I didn't have to worry about buying a sink, faucet or handles because they all came included in the price! I can't recommend them enough. Go and see for yourself.

My Wife and I recently decided to look into the possibility of refinishing our Kitchen. My in-laws had refinished their kitchen a year earlier and raved about their experience. I was initially skeptical since their price was so low. I was impressed by the quality of their Cabinets and the Counter tops.



After going to Pugliese we met the owner Jimmy. He was cordial and friendly. His design team created a floor plan and 3D images based on the cabinets that my Wife selected. After providing an initial estimate we were not pressured into anything. We left feeling calm and relaxed...not anxious that we had to make a decision. Over the next month we researched other stores. To our dismay the quality of the other stores was not as nice. Also to our dismay, the quality was not as nice and the staff was all about pressuring us into immediately making a decision and leaving a deposit. We returned to Pugliese and were met with friendly faces. The price was higher than our budget but Jimmy worked with us to lower the price. We made our deposit and left feeling confident about the purchase. Fast forward and the kitchen has been fully installed for two months now. My wife is extremely happen with the kitchen of her dreams. Every one that comes to our house comments about the beautiful new kitchen. I cannot explain how happy we are with the service and quality. I highly recommend Pugliese Cabinets.
