Provided by YP.comAre you thinking of using Litchfield Drapery and Blinds? It would just be easier to take a mortgage payment and set it on fire. It would be less of a headache due to the poor quality of product and even worse customer service. The original blinds that were installed were defective. They, when I finally got in touch with them, agreed that the blinds needed to be replaced, and the fabric factory offered them free fabric to complete my new blinds. Instead, they used the old fabric and installed something that looks like it was sewn by an 8 year old. The man who installed them, Brian, took a picture to show how terrible the blinds are. That was the last I ever heard from them. I called, emailed, and even sent a certified letter. I have yet to get a response. At this point I am going somewhere else.
