I was impressed when I walked into Urban Living Furniture's showroom. They really look fantastic inside and the staff is extremely friendly and experienced. Their prices are competitively priced LOWER than all the competing furniture I had shopped. A lot of American Manufactured furniture present, which was impressive. They let you custom order different fabrics and colors which is exactly what I did. Very pleased with the pricing, service, and delivery! Shop at Urban Living Furniture!!!

Truly genuine and easy going salespeople. They work based on hourly pay so the non-commision atmosphere allows one to make a decision without being pressured. Their customer service was top notch. Lowest prices in town and great quality too. I love my new sofa and loveseat!

Poor customer service. Not worth the visit to the store. They might seem friendly (to make the sale), but that does not match up to the poor quality of service after they get your money. Go anywhere else to shop.
