I got good care from my doctor but this company makes it very difficult to pay your bills. You cannot pay online. Options are either calling, sending a check or sending your credit card number through the mail. Very out of date options.

This place is a scam! They insist that you come in once a month just so they can bill your insurance company. Everything in the review below is 100% true!

Do not be fooled So. Bay Pain mngmnt acts like she is a doctor she is not! I was billed $70 more than once for a specialist visit for pain she's not even a Dr much less a specialist! He has the bed side manor of a scared porcupin. She makes medical decisions on patient care plans without reading thier case history or cunolting with the Dr who is supposed to overview her work. She openly accuses patients of misusing pain meds if they schedule an appointment before they run out of med, she gve me a prescription ans told me it should last 6 weeks. I've never been given anything other than monthly prescriptions by every other Dr. If I have no pain I take no pills. I explained that on good months my meds last up to six weeks instead of four and without even consulting me or any of my Dr she refused to prescribe more than half the dosage I've been on for a year. Don't let this wanna be Dr charge you as a pain specialist because she's nither. Just a bad attitude masquerading in a white coat!
