Blue Water is an excellent source for home health care therapists and caregivers.
They have terrific therapists; very helpful office staff; good management; good policies and excellent professionalism. Matt, the owner, has always been more than understanding and fair with me in the nine years that I have worked with them. They respond quickly to requests and are very caring about the patients and therapists.
I can recommend Blue Water without reservation.

My complain is that last year I have asked Matt if they paid for a referral and he said yes!! His words were "i pay 250 after the therapist referrred is working with us for 3 months" (she started working in October last year). Last week i asked why he did not paid me the referral and he said that i had to invoice it... I did what he asked and then I have asked him when he was going to pay the referral, he answered me that after the therapist referred finishes 90 visits!! I told him "you never said anything about 90 visits!" And he sent and email saying "my bad, i will pay you on the 25". After few minutes he sent me another email saying that he was not going to pay me because the therapist was not working for them anymore. The same therapist that is my coworker by the way, said that they sent her a referral yesterday, which means she is still employed by Blue water ( or shoud i call "shady water"). BECAREFUL W I TH THAT COMPANY AND OWNER!!
