I had my 5 year olds bday party at this skating rink and let me say i was not happy besides the fact the kids had fun skating... I paid $75 for a table that wasnt sent up when we arived for a box pf ice cream bars that werent handed out and for plates that were just sat on the table and not set up... Also we had to ask for our tickets for the skates and ask for the glow stick that was for the bday girl... The services was horrible and i would never in life go back there the girls that were working were rude and had horrible respect for people i asked for a discount for the horrible service and was told no because of course i already paid up front for the party!!! Please anyone that is thinking of doing a party there DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!!

had booked a party 100$ covered 12 kids so paid $7.50 extra for all other kids that showed up told them when booked party on phone wanted cheese pizza & a pepperoni ( they ask you on phone & when you get there) had to wait for table to be cleaned off then they brought out 2 pizza with sausage & pepperoni told them no we order cheese & pepperoni talked to manager took pizza back and took a pitcher that was to have soda in it told us to bring one that we had back for refill they needed it for other party only gave 12 plates 12 cups although we had paid $7.50 for each additional kid brought out a box of 12 ice cream sandwiches after they charge us for another box to cover the extra kids asked us to do our cake and ice cream first while we are still waiting on pizza that still came out sausage& pepperoni& we could pick the meat off for the kids that want cheese pizza or we could leave they would give us back our money we choose to leave and they offered back a refund of $32.00 NO THANKS
