Service was great. Staff was great. Breakfast was great.They really try to make things comfortable for the guest. Karaoke in the lounge was fun. And the pool was great kids and adults. I was very satisfied!!!

There were alot of events that made me stop going to this Ramada. First their housekeeping was a joke. They ignored the Do NOT DISTURB SIGN. Asked my male friend about checking out of the room.The only name on the room was mine there they shouldnt have spoken to anyone else in regards to the room.The housekeeper didnt speak English so nothing was passed along when I tried to speak with her. The cleaning was poor and not done in its entirety. Housekeeping gets a F. Then my car was hit and ran on their property on 7/8/15 between 5:19am and 9:00am. I was told to make police report which took several times to get done and all day long. Waste of a day. Then I was told they watched the security cameras from 7am to 7am the 7/7 7/8. And didnt see anything and they are not repairing the damages. And they tried to say i wasnt home in my room all nite which is a lie.Note they didnt watch cameras fully from the time i know it happened. Im from out of state, single mother with 3 month old. The car is our lively hood. The trunk leaks and is crooked with dents in it. White paint smeared on it and bumper hanging off. I had no customer service such as an apology, comp nothing. Also they are still holding my funds on a card for deposit from 6/24/15. Another one from 7/4/15. I have spent THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THE RAMADAS IN TOPEKA IT UPSETS ME GREATLY THAT I HAVE BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY AND RUDELY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND ITS STANDARDS.
