We wanted a Certain type and size tire for our SUV. They SEARCHED all their stores and found a SET of 4 in Iowa. Had them shipped to their North Topeka, KS store and installed. GREAT JOB

Got an alignment, seemed okay. Took my other vehicle there, canceled on me because guy quit. Gave me a free alignment for 2nd vehicle, but had to go to North store for it. 3 months later, truck is pulling. Go to South store, bad alignment, steering wheel is off. They hire under qualified techs, guy didnt even know how to loosen my upper A arm t o adjust toe out....Never will go there again. This was on a 2007 F150

I love this place. The staff is super courteous and friendly every time I have been to have my oil changed :)

Bought all new tires, drove home, had terrible vibration, called Performance and was told they needed to break in. Took to another store to have tierods checked; they were fine and I was told the tire was bad. Took it back to performance and argued about it until they took it off and said it was bad. They put on new tire but when I got home, I saw they put it on backward. Still didn't act right so I took it to another tire store and was told they put the wrong size tires on the rims. They noticed as soon as I drove up. and

UPDATED AT BOTTOM OF PAGE. NEVER GO HERE!!! I just got back from having them mount and balance 2 new tires on a set of wheels that were 1 summer old, the wheels were in perfect shape no dings, no nicks, no smudges, nothing! When I got my wheels back I looked them over like I do everything I have SOMEONE other than me touch, and BAM there was a GASH in my rim, not only 1 but 2 gashes, one was about 2 inches long on the outside edge of the rim, the other opposite of it about 3/4 of an inch, after seeing it I went inside and talked to Justin Glasgow the new owner, he basically told me there was no way they did it, because they were "reverse" mounted. Then tried to educate me on how it is done, I told him I was well aware of how the mounting process was done beings that I was an automotive service advisor for Midas in the past, he then said to me "Well how is it done?" Thinking I didn't know any better, after I educated him that I was once a service advisor and had overseen many tires being mounted in this fashion he was hesitant then said to me again that there was no way it was them, well sorry dude, the 3 arms that extend out and hold the rim are what caused this damage, he said if there was one more little scrape he would admit is was them! REALLY!!!!!! Man don't take your car here because any damage they do to it will fall back on you!



Okay after coming home and not being able to bring myself to accept the damage to the wheels I called back and talked to Justin, after some deliberation he accepted responsibility for the damage to the rim and ordered me another one today it will be here in 2 weeks. I feel bad for writing a review like this but someone has to stand up and say "I'm not taking this, it is my hard earned money that purchased it and my hard work and elbow grease that kept the product in beautiful shape." Thank you to Justin for making it right with me.
