If I was to tell anyone anything about this place I'd make sure to say, to not take your kids. And if you did make sure they do not touch anything.

I took my kids in there to get some things for a baseball team. And one of the workers told my kids not to touch anything because they were just now putting out the halloween things and if they damaged it noone would buy it. (Note this is June).

One of the workers was an older women long enough brown hair who was as sweet as sugar. When my daughter told me this other lady came up to her and told her this, I asked who the manager was. A lady with white short hair replies, I am.

I asked her what my kids were doing wrong and she said your kids were touching things and Its not my job to clean up after them. I told her my kids weren't distroying anything. ( they wanted to get something for the game) She said well they dont need to be touching anything. I told her well when customers come into the store to buy things they move things around and its your job to put it back in place. I asked her who was her manager, she said with a smirk, HUH! I am the manager, and I asked how do I get ahold of corporate, she smirked again. HUH! This is privately owned. And she laughed.

I told her well I guess you dont need our business then and I set my stuff down. She said "Good leave then"

Lets just say some things accidentally fell over when I left!

Buyer beware! Return policy is vague and not objective.
Tried to return a brand-new, unopened item within 30 days with a receipt. Even called the store beforehand to make sure I could return and was told yes. When I got there, the very rude store manager, Julie, who is the person I spoke to on the phone, refused to return a "wearable" item. "We don't return wearables." Even admitted she didn't think to tell me this on the phone. Nowhere on their list of disallowed returns does it say "wearables" not returnable - or t-shirts for that matter! Very rude when I asked to speak with the store manager, "I am the manager." Threw her hands up and told the other ladies, "I don't want to deal with this anymore," and walked away... At no time did I get loud or rude or anything. All the rude behavior was from Julie. I am a very conscientious shopper who takes the time and effort to shop locally-owned businesses as much as possible, but this place is a joke! They would not give me the store owner's last name so I could follow up on my issue. When I asked how customers were to follow up when dissatisfied, I received a shrug and confused look - WTH?

The people working there were helpful, and the store has a good selection of items. The one time I was looking for something specific that they didn't have, they were able to give me an estimate of when it would be in. I plan to shop here in the future.

Love the place, so many wonderful hats and costumes, pretty good prices too..:-) Staff are always helpful and friendly

I WON'T EVER PUT A FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!! THE ADULTS THAT WORK THERE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE AND INSULTING!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE TO THEIR FELLOW YOUNGER EMPLOYEES! SAYING THINGS LIKE "YOU CAN'T READ", ETC.. RENTED A HELIUM TANK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FULL WAS ONLY 3/4 FULL

THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO IS THE OWNERS DAUGHTER WAS HELPFUL. SHE WAS RUN OVER VERIBABLY BY THE "ADULT" WOMAN WORKING WITH HER, REGARDING THE LEVEL AT WHICH THE TANK WAS SUPPOUSLY FULL. WHEN RETURNING THE TANK BOTH MY HUSBAND AND THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEE (DIFFERENT THAN THE FIRST) WHERE TREATED IN THE SAME MANNER. HOPE THIS BUSNIESS GOES OUT OF BUSINESS SOON. I WILL BUY ON LINE AND ELSE WHERE AT CHEAPER PRICES AND WITH SOMEONE THAT WANTS MY BUSINESS!!!!

This is actually a Party America not a Party City, but it has all your party supplies needs.
