JOE WHO ARRANGES CUSTOMERS AND CONTRACTORS IS RUDE AND THINKS HE CAN TELL ME IF I DONT STAY HOME AGAIN TODAY FOR A CONTRACTOR THAT MESSED UP YESTERDAY, HE WILL TURN MY ISSUE OVER TO NATIONAL ACCOUNTS. SO I TALKED TO TERRY WILSON, HE SAYS NO HE WONT DO THAT. BLA BLA BLA SO I SAT AND WAITED FOR THE CONTRACTOR TILL 3:30 TODAY WHEN I WAS TOLD 12;30 TO 1:00 PM. JOE IS VINDICTIVE, I DO NOT OWE PELLA ANOTHER DAY OF MY TIME, WHEN i HAVE TO LEAVE FOR A TRIAL IN 2 DAYS.
SO MR. JOE. AND MR. MIKE PETERSON, AND MR. TERRY WILSON, WHO ARE IN THE TOPEKA KANSAS OFFICE NEED TO HANDLE ISSUES PROPERLY. PETERSON TELLS ME I AM CONFUSED. OH GEE, HIS EMPLOYEE ANTHONY IS CONFUSED TELLING ME MY PATIO DOOR WORKS JUST FINE. MR. WILSON TELLS ME TO CALL HIM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM MAY 8TH, SO SURE CALL HIM AND HE IS IN YET AGAIN MEETINGS. THEN HE IS AT LUNCH, THEY BY 3 PM HE IS GONE HOME. WHEN DO YOU ALL WORK? THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PELLA IS TOTALLY PATHETIC. JOE THREATENED ME THAT IF i WAS NOT HERE FOR THE CONTRACTOR, HE WAS DONE, HE WOULD TURN ME OVER TO CORPORATE. DONT THREATEN ME, PROMISE ME. MR. JOE, I HAVE A SUBPOENA TO GET SOMEWHERE AT A CERTAIN TIME, I OWE YOU NOTHING. I HAVE BEEN HERE 15 MONTHS TRYING TO GET YOUR DOOR PIECES TO WORK. I WILL BE SURE TO MAKE A SIGN FOR MY FRONT YARD. I WAS HERE FOR THE 2:30 TIME YOU ORDERED ME TO BE HERE FOR. SO, GOOD LUCK TURNING IT OVER TO THE NATIONAL ACCOUNTS, JUST BECAUSE YOU CANT ORGANIZE 5 MEN TO REALIZE THE DOOR IS NOT WORKING, THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. PELLA WINDOWS IS NOT A COMPANY TO GET ANY GOOD SERVICE.
