We have done business with Doud's for over six years. They are prompt, honest, courteous, and excellent. We highly recommend their auto repair services.

This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and courteous, they will call you before they do anything to your car. Highly recommend to anyone needing anything done to their car.

I had never known about this place and i dont take my car to very many places i trust them with my car 100%! I highly suggest them they are honest good people

When we brought in our F-150 for service, the owner of Doud's was super honest and candid with us. He said his tools couldn't get the spark plug that was causing the trouble off because the auto service place we'd been using for 8 years, despite friends and family's warnings, put it on crooked. He said that if he kept trying and it broke off, it would be very expensive because he'd have to replace more parts in the process. He advised us to take it back to the other center and tell them to redo it, which we did. When we went back to get it, the owner said he'd replaced some faulty wire leading to the spark plug, taken it for a test drive and felt no shaking or hesitation, charged us $30, and we were good to go. As soon as we turned on the engine, the shaking started, but we weren't about to go back - enough was enough! So, back to Doud's we went and asked him to do whatever he needed to do and we'd bite the financial bullet somehow. When all was said and done, he told us he was able to get off the spark plug with no breakage (yeah!) and that it wasn't even the right plug for our vehicle. Neither was the coil and a couple other parts in and around that area. That's a no brainer other service center!! He, too, took it for a test drive, the cost wasn't near as much as we'd thought it might be, and the truck runs as smoothly as the day we got it in 2001. Had we listened to our friends and family years ago, we probably could have saved lots and lots of money - maybe we'll help someone else do the same by writing this review.
