Having been a student in many dojo's I speak from experience. Hands down, Acclaim is top notch. Traditional Okinawan Karate from a world class Sensei. Christian/American values. This place is perfect for my son. Prices are affordable and more than just self defense is taught to produce well rounded members of the community. I HIGHLY recommend this dojo. The reviewer who calls this place a "Mcdojo" is clearly a leftist gender equality expert that can't figure out his pronouns. Get on the waitlist and ignore the moron trying to deflate Acclaim's ratings.

Just another Mckarate school in the midwest. Get ready to learn the worst form as possible, and unpractical self defense techniques. Good luck learning on protecting yourself from this school

Acclaim Protective Arts has been a great experience for me over the past 5 years. The karate, discipline and life skills I have learned have been beneficial!

Aclaim protective arts is amazing. It's the best dojo ever and I think any family would be lucky to have this academy. I barely knew anything about self defense but aclaim protective arts tonight me a lot and I really appreciate it. Acclaim Protective Arts has made me a better person and a more active Christian Man. Oh, and it is the best karate instruction in the mid west. I am ex military and have been through countless self defense schools and this one not only teaches a great art it also teaches you the right way to live life. This is a family dojo that prays together and learns together. Wonderful direction to make you feel you have accomplish and learned your belt levels with honor. I would highly recommend coming and trying out karate for you and your family. It will be the best thing you have done!! TerriD.

Acclaim is not the same! In fact it is the best karate dojo i've ever set foot in ! After four years of going there i have met some great people. It has a awesome kids class and a great adult class as well. I would encourage anyone interested in taking a great martial arts class to stop by and check it out for yourself!
