Provided by YP.comWould highly discourage anyone from doing business with East Coast Flooring. Have never experienced such a lack of customer service before. They change the names of their products so you can’t really find out who the real manufacturer is. They also will not allow customers to take samples home and will not provide product information so you can read reviews and research the product before purchasing. Most unethical company I have ever interacted with.

Provided by YP.comMy carpet did not arrive in the timeframe they stated but since I wasn't in any real hurry it wasn't a huge issue. The price was fair but their installers ruined part of my baseboard.
