Provided by YP.comThe owner of this company is Bryan. He's an extremely incompetent repair person. He will lead you to believe that your appliances are perfectly restorable in an effort to earn his living by fraudulently servicing them. He will put forth his best marketing foot to refrain you from purchasing new appliances. When I attempted to report him to the better business bureau, I was informed that his company is currently under investigation due to a high volume of complaints received by his former clients. The only positive review I have discovered is by himself and his wife Amy - which is naturally anticipated. When I tried to call him back and explain to him that the appliances weren't working according to his servicing agreement, all I received was unwarranted threats and inflammatory racist remarks from him and a chat with his best friend - dial tone. We made the mistake of paying for his services without attesting to the repairs he conducted on our appliances. My advice to all of you would be to make sure that the appliances do work in an acceptable manner before you pay him (that's if you take a leap of faith and actually employ his services)
