Wow! Wr usually go here and now im second guessing everything ive had done here!!Just almost got taken for a lot of $$$ they told me my breaks and rotors were so bad and griding i needed it done asap! got an opionion from a friend thats a mechanic and from jeep itself , thank god because there is absolutly nothing wrong! They have many many more miles to go! They tried to take this girl for alot of money! I will never be returning and i advise u along with all the people we knew going there be aware!! Have a second look!

I took my F-450 to them asked about getting an Alignment done they said no problem we dropped it off picked right a closing paid the for it drove it home it still pulled to the right bad, So the next morning called the Manager he said that the rear end in the truck was off causing the problem so I needed to take it to a drive line place that works on medium duty trucks. So I finally take it to Cotton Brothers to have the rear end straighten to find out that it just needed an Alignment done right. Stay away from NTB they do not know how to fix trucks
