Saw an employee over charge ppl because he only wanted his commission

excellent Job and they were really quick my septic tank overflowed they came in one hour and unloaded thank you so much

Horrible! Paid for 1 year maintenance and have not received a single visit. Called 3 times, promised a visit each time and nothing. Sent a lengthy email, no response. These guys are crooks. If they'll screw me over $350 I can't imagine what they would do to me had I spent $3500! Stay away! There are too many good companies to deal with a sorry group like this.

I hired A-1 after a bad experience with another company. These great guys came out in the pouring rain to service my system, which was now backing up. They were so polite and pleasant. They were actually lower-priced than the first company, and they did a fantastic job. I have now used them for 7 years, and have always had friendly, pleasant, prompt service. I think this company is great!

I called A1 to have my septic pumped out. They scheduled an appointment with me the next day for the afternoon. I waited around and no one ever showed up. I never received a call, and when I left a message on their answering machine they never returned my call. What a way to run a business! Needless to say, I contacted someone else to do the job for me.
