I was very pleased with my experience there. I called in before I left to see if they could fix a little scuff in my boot. Like I expected, they weren't sure and needed to see them first. I was only in the shop for 5 minutes and they stained the scuff the color of my boots and my boots looked brand new..free of charge. Both the employees there were very nice and welcoming.

Best shoe repair in town! Not only can they make an old pair of shoes look brand new but they also have a pedorthist on hand that helps with orthotics, lifts and corrective inserts.

Great family business. Love to shop local! Wonderful workmanship!

Very disappointed. Took a brand new pair of keens to have arches put in. After taking longer than promised. The arches were put in different places and one arch was bigger than the other. Basically they can't be worn. I am so frustrated.
