Overdraft Fee's and service

I'm sure that you have all had friends who have had overdrafts on their ATM and almost all your friends have those fee's waived the first time, but not at fifth third. My overdraft came out to over 500 dollars, and they waived one, thats right one 33.00 dollar fee. I can understand that it is my fault that it was overdrawn, but I have been a customer for over 11years without one issue and they offer to waive 33.00$. The real issue I have is that I was over drawn on the 6th of the month went in there on the 7th and was never told therefore all of the fees and penalties wiped out my account and they charged me again. These banks are notorious for their long lines and I only stayed there becasue it is all I know. Now that I have my money in two other banks I see how good banking with a professional bank can be. We also went to get a home loan with 5th third and they offered us a 13.25 percent lona after all the points on it, we went to huntington and they offered us a 6.25 and charterone offered us a 6.5. If you like long lines and unreasonable penalties by all means please go to fifth third otherwise go to a bank that is worth your time.
