Provided by YPmobileI was promptly greeted when I came into their office by the receptionist. The staff is professional and the dentist is highly knowledgeable. The dentist was able to answer questions I had about my crown and he made sure to accommodate my fear of going to the dentist. Overall, this experience was very smooth and I left their office satisfied.

Provided by YP.comMy experience at this office was wonderful. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth made me fill completely at ease. The cleaning was painless and my teeth felt wonderful after the cleaning. So glad that I found this office. I will be back for additional dental work. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Provided by YP.comMy experience as a new patient in this office was awesome, the Dr. and his staff are so friendly, they make you feel so comfortable. With just starting a new job and new insurance, his staff was very helpful in helping me thru that also, I feel they went out of their way to help me. I have sent several friends to them for their dental needs as well and they have had similar experiences as well. By far the best dentist I have ever been to
everyone should check them out.

Provided by YP.comThis dental experience was the worst I've ever had. They didn't verify my insurance before I left and ended up billing the wrong insurance provider. When I left the office they told me that I didn't owe anything however a week later I got a large bill in the mail (when I didn't even have any dental work done... all I had was a cleaning!!) So I call and tell them they didn't bill the correct insurance company could they bill ___ this is who my insurance is through. They do this and then send me 2 other bills in the mail. Nothing was itemized out it was just one lump sum, here you go, this is what you owe. So I call and complained and no one ever returned my phone call. So I call again explain the situation and that I was never called back. The lady was apologetic but stood by the last bill being correct. She offered no form of remuneration or a "we'll do better next time." In fact she was very sarcastic and said "we wouldn't be in the dental business if we had to project bills for people.. that's called an insurance company." Now I don't know about anyone else out there, but I like a little warning when I'm going to be receiving a large dental bill. In this economy a heads up would be nice, especially, like I said before, I NEVER got any dental work done, it was strictly a cleaning.
Also, as an aside, I had to wait an hour past my appointment time just to go back and see the hygienist. This experience was far from pleasant.
