Provided by YP.comWe purchase a RV (Raptor) in 2015 from Beckley’s. The salesman was ED Buckham who was new at the facility. The great part of this buying experience was we both became familiar with this RV. ED and the staff walked us through the process, supported and listened to questions and addressed any and concerns. Helped with picking the correct RV fifth wheel for my truck to assure I had no problems with hauling the RV and the length and weight I could safely haul. I returned and had the winterization performed which I was allowed to watch and learn and now if I choose will be able to perform this function on my own if not in the area next year. I recommend a visit to Beckley’s for anyone in the market to by any type of RV and enjoy a talk with salesman ED and the other customer orientated personnel.

Provided by YP.comI spoke directly to the owner, Kelly (a.k.a. "Crazy Kelly) this afternoon about selling my travel trailer to Beckley's Camping Center. I am trying to sell my trailer because I was recently diagnosed with a spinal defect and can no longer use a travel trailer.
I have been a loyal customer at Beckley's for the last three years. I have bought supplies, gotten service, and asked for advice many times. I've even referred people to Beckley's because of how well I'd been treated there over the years.
I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be referring people to Beckley's Camping Center after my experience speaking with Mr. Kelly himself. I asked him if he purchases used RVs to which he replied, "I do. What do you have?" I stated that I'm trying to sell a 27' Forrest River Cherokee Travel Trailer with Slide. At this point he cut me off and said, "Well, it better be damn cheap!" I was flabbergasted, but tried to keep my cool and replied, "Uhh ... well, heh. What do you consider 'damn cheap?'" He said, "Tell me what you want for it." I was shocked! I've never been spoken to this way in terms of a business transaction; certainly not at Beckley's! I stumbled for a minute and he jumped in again, "What year did you say it was?" I said, "It's a 2004 and it's in very goo..." Mr. Kelly interrupted me again, "Usually when they're that old, you have a LOT of problems with those things."
I couldn't believe what was happening. How unbelievably rude!!!! I lost my temper. I said, "J---- C----, you're rude! I'll be calling someone else." He replied, "Thank you." AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!!!
I have NEVER felt so disrespected! I was absolutely livid. I called the dealership back and asked to report a complaint with their employee, "Kelly." I was told that Kelly IS THE OWNER OF BECKLEY'S RV and that there was NOTHING that could be done. I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately, I gave the very nice receptionist a piece of my mind. As I said, I lost my temper. I just can't believe I was treated so poorly by the owner of the establishment after having been a loyal customer for the past three years. I'm so disappointed.
I would love to make sure that no one has the experience I had today. This review is as close as I can come to making that happen. The owner of this dealership isn't worth two seconds of your time. Avoid them at all costs. Try Triangle RV or Camping World, in Hanover, PA.

Provided by YP.comWe purchased our fifth wheel in 2008 and haven't had a single problem with it. The sales staff was very patient with no pressure to purchase. The facility is exceptional with its inventory of RV choices and the camping store staff are very helpful. We are looking forward to our next purchase in a few years from Beckley's.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I bought a camper in 2011 from Beckleys. Mike Boerum was our sales person and the experience was very good. Mike worked with us and answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our camper. If we had questions we never hesitated to call Mike and always got answers. He was always available and never made us feel like we were family. I HIGHLY recommend Beckley's Camping Center if you are looking to purchase a camper. You will not be disappointed.

Provided by YP.comI have bought my first RV from Mike Boerum in 2004 we out gre it rather fast and then I bought a 5th wheel in 2006 and we LOVE LOVE it we were treated like family there from the best sales person Mike Boerum to the F&I office there was no unexpected fees or anything. I live about 75 miles from there when asked why did I come there it was like Family did not have to bicker about the price or anything it went smooth as silk. I just took my RV back there for service and told them to go over it with a fine tooth comb witch they did 5 days later the service dept called and said ALL the caulking had to be picked and resealed I know if Beckley's says it needs it then it needs it I spent over 5000.00 in service but I know it was done right the first time. Would I buy from Beckley's again Yes would I tell a Friend to go there YES nothing but a bunch of grate people to seal with.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I had a wonderfully informative visit with Roy at Beckley's. We've been thinking about buying an RV for several years, but we are limiting our search to a vehicle that will fit in our driveway. The search has come down to a Class B van. Both Roadtrek, which we were first familiar with, and Pleasure Way, which we just discovered last year, make some possible vans. After our visit with Roy, we are sold on the Plateau TS from Pleasure Way. Roy was most informative, completely knowledgeable, and pleasant besides. We enjoyed our visit; now to the financing!
