Todd Lorenzen Concrete Construction, (TLC) is not even worthy of one(1) star. This business is known for NOT COMPLETING JOBS!! Todd Lorenzen will get your money and disappear! I even gave this loser a 2nd chance hoping to be proven wrong. Don't do it!! It is my professional expertise and 1st hand experience that this business is a hoax, a sham and a bunch of bull. TLC Concrete Construction would probably rip his own grandmother off if he still has one. And that's the honest to God truth. If you feel like getting ripped off just seek out TLC Concrete Construction.
