They ruined my watch. It was water proof and when they replaced the battery the gasket was sqashed so water got in. They blamed me for not telling them it was a dive watch. It is very obviously a dive watch and the battery has been changed many times by reputable dealers and I've never had a problem. They wanted to charge me more to fix it, but another jeweler told me it was beyond repair.
