I am a suspected glaucoma patient. My regular eye doctor highly recommended Dr Vosoghi to get further clarification of my case. Unfortunately when I called his office DEBRA said they will not accept regal medical group insurance as they were kicked out of their program. I called health net direct and they gave me permission to see Dr Vosoghi in writing.Debra at Dr Vosoghi office who is suppose to be the insurance coordinator said she needs another document before she gives me an appointment. Again I called health net and the document was sent to her she filled and send it back to Health net. when I called almost after a month to ask what happened she says she has not gotten the document back for me to call health net. At this point I decided I do not want their service if I am to do all her work. I am now not surprised why the doctor lost their Regal contract, with an insurance coordinator like this. I work for a medical facility as well and wonder how much income the doctor looses with lazy staff. Extremely poor patient service/support.
