Provided by YPmobile-5 Terrible !! I called to get a price on a roof mount antenna, Krista answered the phone. Was not willing to answer any questions and not interested in providing any help. She was not sure what was in stock (I had model #'s) but told me that she had to have sku# instead. TO MUCH BOTHER. I'll shop at Best Buy. Thanks

Provided by YP.comworst place radio shack i have ever been too. Mason the store manager is the worst manager i have ever dealt with and i am 37 yrs old. i'm sorry radio shack but i love your store but your choice in employee's is very questionable, especially having this guy as a manager in your store.. i Will NEVER go back in there unless its an electronic emergency..
