The guys a grease monkey at this location were very respectful polite and prompt soon as I pulled up they were asking me what Kind oil change I wanted.and what I needed to have done and then I met the manager Andrew he was very courteous kind and helpful on answering a few more questions that I had to have done to my vehicle I will definitely be going back to this location to have my two vehicles serviced thank you

Terrible service. They lost some skid plate clips and misdiagnosed a leak. They said it was a cv axel. It was an engine intake hose. I called and Cody offered me a free oil change. I returned ONLY because of the free change and Cody did not honor the offer. He told me after they changed my oil and charged me full price, minus $15. When I left, my check engine and traction control lights were on. I was not treated well. He told me my car was still leaking, but wouldn't tell me where. A hole was poked in a power steering hose and I lost power steering. The dealership told me it looked as if it was done on purpose. I needed an oil change and left with over $1000 in repair to a new car.

Very rude service, very sexist and unprofessional. Do not recommend this specific facility.
