We purchased a very expensive Sharp 80" Smart TV for around $3900.00. The sales people did not tell my husband that the TV was non-returnable. We got TV home, realized that it was too big for our living room, immediately boxed it back up, and returned to store very next day to return it for a smaller TV, probably a 65". When, only to our surprise to learn that, all of a sudden, their policy was non-returnable. I believe the paperwork shows that items can be returned for 15
% restocking fee; we were going to purchase two TV's in return for this 80". The sales people are anxious to sell you, but not cooperative when you bring back a item to return! We've even contacted the CEO of Conn's to no avail so far. Don't buy from this store. I don't even want to give them a one-star!

The people that work in the store are very professional, . I was treated well, . im very happy to find a place like this. I would recommend this store to everyone. I had a wonderful experience with the in store service. Thanks guys

Trust me if I could give this place less then one star I would. Me and my husband who are very young by the way we are in our early 20's we just purchased a home and have had about $6,000 of work put in to it in one month. We had a couple grand left for a washer and dryer and maybe a dish washer. Well we walk in and are treated as less right away because we look young. Some old man in there was following us around like if we were going to steel something which was incredibly offensive. We were ready to purchase things cash but thanks to the horrible inviroment of commission only workers I will NOT be supporting a business like this. We left to beat buy and purchased all our appliances there.

Very, very weird sales people!! We were followed around the whole store the entire time we were there. He stayed maybe 15 yards back but when we turned a corner, he turned the corner. We stopped, he stopped. I don't even think he took his eyes off of us the entire time. We got so creeped out that we tried to leave, only to be stopped by the manager up front to tell us about their company, again! It felt like an episode of The Twilight Zone. Seriously, creepiest place I've ever been to.
