Sjobergs's Cable is one of the most craptastic cable companies I have ever had the misfortune to be a customer of. They regularly throttle my connection, which I did not know they were doing until tonight, I just thought they had crappy service. Finding out they have been intentionally making their service crappy really made me MAD. They charge for a 1 MPS what most cities in the US charge for 20MPS, and then they don't even provide enough bandwidth to cover you watching Netflix and surfing the web for a couple hours a day. Totally going to centurylink tomorrow. GO JUMP IN A LAKE Sjobergs's Cable you MONOPOLISTIC, PRICE GOUGING, NON-SERVICE PROVIDER. Judging by the comments on your facebook page most of your customers can't stand you.

The IRONIC thing is that in attempting to post this review I had a hard time because the INTERNET IS SO SLOW. This is ridiculous.



Raining? Forget it. Sunday afternoon or evening? Forget it. Weekdays after 8PM? Forget it. Sjobergs are you listening? Apparently not. Also? You have very RUDE customer service. Must be a relative or something because it's been that way for years.





We've had this internet for years and it's nothing but trouble. Very, very slow. Many dropped signals. They say it's our equipment so we went and bought new and still had the same problem.



They throttle the signal and the woman admitted it on the phone. I would think after all the negative reviews they would change their business practices but they don't because they have a monopoly on services in this area.



I'm thrilled that I'm only visiting here now and no longer actually live here.

What am I paying for?? Can't watch a show all the way through before channel zap0s out , freezes, or has no signal. How about I pay for the % of use I get from the cable tv from the total bill you send??

Internet is horrible. Not only did they cap the monthly usage they then raised pates by 15%-20%. It is a myth that one persons usage affects another customer. It goes out every night around 9pm until 11pm usually. We don't have any other options as they enjoy a non-compete with other providers in the area.

Frustrated no guarantee that you can get a TV picture. Down all the time or grainy picture. Never know when you get a connection. What am I paying for?

Our internet goes out every single day, at around 8PM I'll be lucky to get over 500kB/s (when the internet is even working) I pay for 14mb/s and only get 8 MAX at any time, I signed up for unlimited bandwidth, but in a letter they sent me long ago I accepted a downgrade to 250gb for the same price because the letter had nothing to do with my current subscription (or that's how they made it look) I pay over 100$ a month for low speeds, horrible customer service, basic cable, and internet that works 50% of the time. If your area has almost any alternative, for the love of all that is holy, use the alternative.

Frustrated

My cable Internet only works half the time. I even upgraded to a faster connection, which I pay extra for and every time I call there is some excuse why or when it can't be fixed. I am so ready to just switch to satellite if this kind of service continues.
