The only reason they get a star is there is not a negative that can be given. Dropped off my wife's car. Asked them to detail car. Left it with them all day, from 0800 hrs until 1630 hrs when we returned to pick it up. As I approached the car I could see the back bumper was dirty on the under neath. I wiped my hand and continued inside. I was told price for detail job. I showed them my hand and they said they could fix it right away. I went out and looked inside of car and found the inside as dirty as it was when left. I did not pay and will not return.

My husband and I took his truck there to have the oil changed, washed on the outside, condition the leather (meaning cleaning the dash and door panels), cleaning the mats and vacum the inside. Oh man! We assumed they changed the oil.(Since we cannot see that part). We know that everything else was a very quick and sloppy job. It all cost a total of $162.00 plus tax. After we picked up the truck, my husband spent about 6 hours cleaning the inside and outside of his truck. That's ridiculous to have to spend that much time on it for as much as he was charged. We did learn one lesson....NOT TO GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!
