Called yesterday and ordered an arrangement to be delivered today to my friends in Florida (I'm located in Michigan). Talked to a very nice woman, can't remember her name. She even offered a coupon that helped with the price.
My friends called an hour ago to tell me how pleased they were with the arrangement. Of course with face time they were able to show me the arrangement. I'm very pleased also.
Will use this place again should the need arise.

I had ordered an arrangement as a surprise birthday gift for my mother. The day before it was supposed to be delivered I got a message from her saying she knew what she was getting. I found out that they attempted a delivery a day early and not only that, but looked her up online to get her contact information instead of using my information as provided. They called her twice and set up a delivery for the correct day, but to her office between 1pm and 3pm instead of her house. In the instructions for the order I had stated "To be delivered after 4:30pm".
