My ex is over $50,000 in arrears! We have been divorced since 2000 and nothing had been resolved yet! How many chances does a person get to take care of their children? I feel justice will never be served in this matter!

I can call and leave a message and they never seem to get back with me. I do believe that they are busy, but after leaving a couple messages for about 1 month, I think that they would be able to find the time to return a call. Not everyone that calls is a screaming parent.

Very, very rude individuals. i called because for 4 months now, their mistake has not been corrected. My case worker called several times with no success in fixing the mistake. So when I finally called, I am told I am frustrating them. Well you not doing your job correctly frustrates me. But it's my fault you all are stupid, right!!
