Beware of their service department. I scheduled an appointment for a specific day and took off from work to be at my home. They did not show and tried to blame me even though I had scheduled a specific date and called them the morning of the appointment to let them know I was home. The service scheduler was rude and did not try to help me at all. If I could give them zero stars for customer service, I would.

Terrible service...from customer service to the technician. Contracted through LG to fix whistling noise in dishwasher. Robbie, the "technician", did not fix the issue but did FURTHER damage to my dishwasher. Now, my dishwasher will not work at all. I called and asked that someone come out to fix what Robbie damaged and was told I'd have to wait until Monday to have the scheduler find a date they are free and able to come out to my location (Bloomington). When I told him that wasn't going to work, that I wanted someone out immediately to fix what ROBBIE broke, I was told that I couldn't prove Robbie broke anything. Guess they we will see each other in small claims court! Avoid this company like the plague!

JEANNIES TV DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!

We purchased a Sony 57" big screen tv thru Jeannies Tv thinking that they would stand behind their product they sell and boy were we wrong! I just got off the phone with Jeannies Tv and they told me that they are NOT going to fix our TV because it is 6 years old and they have tried to fix it 2 times in the past and now they are NOT going to fix our useless tv now! We have had trouble with this TV from the get go! They would fix it the first time and still had the same issue. I called and told them that it still was not correct and they tried to fix a second time and said it was fixed and boom still the same problems with blue lines thru picture. Now the TV is 6 years old and we have NO picture at all only a blue screen. I called them to see if they would stand behind the product they sell and try to fix this and the lady on the other end of the phone SAID and I quote: No, I am sorry but We ARE NOT GOING TO FIX YOUR TV! She said it was 6 years old and they are going to do NOTHING! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! We threw out 2750.00 on this TV to them and we paid CASH too! What a shame that a Sony Dealer will not stand behind what they sell...Sounds to me like they Sell Crap and only want the consumers money and mark the TV's Up. We could have bought thru HH Gregg and not paid as much but we chose a Sony Dealer and paid the extra so if we had problems in the future they would be happy to fix and I also thought buying thru the sony dealer I would get a TV that would Last! BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stood behind this product for 6 years. We do not manufacture the product, we only sell it. As a small buisness we do our best to stand behind our products even if the manufacturer will not. Technology has changed and parts for the old projection tv's are becoming more rare. We rarely repair the old projection tv's for the fact that tv prices and have gone down and parts are more expensive. I'm very sorry that this customer is so unhappy, we regret that the communication from our employee was not clear on the decesion not to repair.
