I purchased a BRAND NEW computer from this company 13 months ago. It has NEVER worked right...... finally, I've taken it to someone WHO KNOWS how to fix it & found out the computer I paid for as brand new..... WASN'T!!! Now, almost $295 later & a bill of installing a new hard drive of at least $100 more dollars: I'll finally get my new system!!!! Although, I ended up paying for it 2 TIMES OVER!!!Anybody reading this!!!!?? Don't buy a computer from this company or take anything in for repairs...... I was told straigt up that everything I thought he repaired on the system, none of those problems were ever solved right!!The man lied to me about this computer being brand new. He didn't have the expertise to fix the system correctly!! And now, he want to wiggle his way out of repair bills that SHOULD HAVE never happened!!!! So, we will be in court soon over this MESS!!! I wouldn't ever wish this on anyone else...... not ever!!!!So, if I were you; I'd go someplace else!!!
