Shapes Total Fitness is a club that offers fitness services for women. Its service areas include Bradenton, Brandon, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Port Richey, Sarasota, Seminole, South Tampa, St. Petersburg, Temple Terrace and West chase in Florida. The club features cardiovascular and strength training apparatus, indoor heated lap pool, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, and child care and assessment center. Shapes Total Fitness also features locker areas with private showers and dressing rooms. It conducts a variety of classes for Cardio Strip, Hip Hop, Latin Dance and Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates. Its Shapes Fitness Academy offers education courses for fitness professionals and was established in 1988. The Academy provides continuing education credits for the American Council on Exercise, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the Aquatic Exercise Association.
